About Victoire
Victoire is based near Cambridge (UK), and provides a full, professional print service under one roof. Our complete service includes design and pre-press, print, finishing and fulfilment.
Background
Directors Tony Elliott and Howard Seaber-Shinn have more than 50 years' combined print experience.
Victoire was founded proper in 1990 with nine staff, having previously been the Cambridgeshire County Council reprographics department.
In 1998, we moved from a unit of 6,500 square feet into our current premises of 10,500 square feet. We now employ 34 staff.
Range of services
Victoire offers a full range of commercial print services for businesses, from corporate stationery (including business cards, letterhead, and compliments slips) to corporate and commercial publishing (including brochures, computer manuals, journals, training packs, books, reports, and christmas cards).
Victoire also makes commercial print quality available to the public - for example we can print your wedding stationery, Christmas cards, event invitations, and much more.

We handled more than 18,000 print jobs in 2004, including products as diverse as sashes for a promotional day, recyclable laundry bag labels, waterproof labels, and printed record folders with five creases, six holes, a pocket and a medi clip.
We have the expertise, contacts and ability to source any job or product which we cannot fulfil in-house.
Customer service
Victoire prides itself on being responsive to customers' needs. We regularly visit customers to advise on jobs and print strategy, and we monitor ordering patterns and let you know when you could be making savings.
Delivery dates are monitored under our ISO 9001 accreditation - we take a random sample of 20 orders on the last working day of each month and check that they have been delivered on time. We therefore know that we have a first-class (97% on-time) delivery record.

Technology
Victoire also prides itself on being at the forefront of print technology, and we invested £750,000 in new technology in October 2004 to keep ourselves there.
We currently run Heidelberg and AB Dick litho presses, and Xerox digital equipment for black and white and colour work. We have a complete range of finishing in-house, and also produce CDs and DVDs.
We also run a web-based ordering system to allow you to place orders more easily, and to reduce administration time.
Accreditation
Victoire is a member of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF), and has been accredited for quality under ISO 9001 for 11 years. We are also an accredited member of the Federation Against Software Theft (FAST).
Environment
Victoire can buy paper which is made from 100% sustainable forests, please ask us about this if you are interested. All chemicals and inks used at Victoire are water-based.
