At Victoire we are very passionate about our day job: printing. We work hard and provide excellent service so we are in the fortunate position to be growing, and expanding our services. But that growth depends on the bedrock of our business administration – our software system. We recently made the decision to upgrade to Opera 3, with Payroll and HR. And here’s why.
We have always worked with Pegasus Software and Applied Business Computers and their service has always been excellent, and having already benefitted from increased visibility and control across all areas of the business, we were confident that upgrading to Opera 3 was the right decision all round.
We needed a software solution which gave us improved reporting options across the business, offering timely, accurate information to the right people in an accessible format. But there were other reasons for the upgrade too. Firstly, with our staging date approaching, we needed to be sure we were complying with Auto Enrolment legislation. Secondly, the Payroll functionality upgrade enabled certain key HR processes to be automated, freeing up HR staff time to focus on other areas of the business.

Opera 3 ensures we’re all singing from the same song sheet, producing reports that are relevant and tailored to the specific needs of particular departments or members of staff.
