Photoshop Express to change T&C's

Published on Tue 1 Apr 2008

Complaints over a copyright clause in Photoshop Express has resulted in a decision to change the terms and conditions, reports Macworld.

The original terms allowed Adobe - who make Photoshop Express - royalty free use of images produced through the programme. Naturally this upset observent users who had no desire to see their beautiful designs used willynilly by Adobe.

Adobe product manager John Nack said:

"We've heard your concerns about the terms of service for Photoshop Express beta. We reviewed the terms in context of your comments - and we agree that it currently implies things we would never do with the content. Therefore, our legal team is making it a priority to post revised terms that are more appropriate for Photoshop Express users. We will alert you once we have posted new terms."
