Victoire prides itself on being responsive to customers’ needs. We regularly visit customers to advise on jobs and print strategy, and we monitor ordering patterns and let you know when you could be making savings.
Delivery dates are monitored under our ISO 9001 accreditation – we take a random sample of 20 orders on the last working day of each month and check that they have been delivered on time. We therefore know that we have a first-class
(97% on-time) delivery record.
Customers are encouraged to visit Victoire and take a tour of the premises. We are always happy to show off our equipment and expertise, and to discuss your needs.
